Our story

A standard born from a simple conviction.

ThroneRoom LLC was founded with a single belief: commercial environments deserve the same craftsmanship we bring to the finest private residences. After years inside luxury hospitality and Class A office portfolios, our founders saw a gap — enterprise clients were settling for transactional service.

We started in Washington DC with three crews and one anchor contract. Today we operate across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, supporting hundreds of corporate properties through dedicated account leadership and rigorously trained teams.

The name was deliberate. A throne room is a space prepared for the most important moments — clean, ordered, and ready. That’s what we deliver, every shift.
